Lake Built Homes has been a registered company since 2004 and owner Brett Lake has been operating as a builder since 1998, after completing his apprenticeship with a local builder. In the 17 years since,  Brett’s accomplishments as a registered builder include residential and commercial developments, as well as council projects.

Our vision

To put quality back into Warnambool’s new home market by providing local residents a competitive alternative. We have no dreams to become high volume builders. We’d rather continue to offer quality in our house builder service and in the designer homes we build.

We know there is nothing more exciting than designing your own home and watching the construction process take shape.
